![]() A wish for our children, the dancers of Sue Fay Healy: For those of you attending the Oireachtas for the very first time, we wish you luck. For those thinking this may be your last, we wish you luck For those looking to defend a title, or those looking for your first, we wish you luck For those that dream of a recall and a place on the NANS team For those searching for a top 10 finish and those that just want to finish, we wish you luck For those that dream of qualifying for worlds and those who already have For those that hope to remember their steps, and those who do them in their sleep For those who have dreamed of this moment for the last 12 months, we wish you luck For a year you have trained and sacrificed, feised and prepared. You trebled in the kitchen and hand danced in the car. You watched what you ate, and watched jig when you travelled. You sweated and pushed, stretched and pushed more. You injured and recovered, then injured again. You dedicated your time and were driven to reach your potential. You set goals and reached them, and then set them anew. You laughed and you cried and made great memories with your friends. And no matter what your goal for the big "O" weekend, we give you our love and support. Have confidence that your training has gotten you here, and your love of dance will get you there. Know your family loves you just because you try, and whatever your result we are proud of the dancers and children that you are. To all of the Sue Fay Healy dancers, enjoy the moment that culminates your journey, and dance with joy! To you, our children, we wish you luck! From a dance mom :) Comments are closed.
